1. Promoter

The promoter is Informotion Pty Ltd (“Informotion”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to eligible attendees of participating Admin Avenues events who book and attend a qualifying AI Discovery Meeting with Informotion before or after the relevant Admin Avenues event and within the promotional period.

3. Qualifying Entry

To receive an entry into the prize draw, the participant must:

provide valid contact details;
be registered to attend or have attended the relevant Admin Avenues event; book an AI Discovery Meeting with Informotion before or after the relevant event and within the promotional period; and
meet Informotion’s reasonable qualification criteria for an AI Discovery Meeting.

Booking a meeting alone does not automatically constitute an eligible entry.

4. Entry

Eligible participants will receive one entry into the prize draw for the state in which the relevant Admin Avenues event is held.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

One $300 dinner voucher will be awarded for each participating state.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for each participating state.

The prize draws will take place on the day of the event.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when booking their meeting.

Informotion is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or outdated contact information provided by an entrant.

8. Verification of Eligibility

Informotion reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before awarding a prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, assess eligibility, contact entrants and notify winners, in accordance with Informotion’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

10. General

Informotion reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Informotion’s decisions regarding eligibility and the conduct of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
