Our work with major Power and Water organisations has covered legacy file share discovery and risk reduction, preparation and disposal of ROT data, SharePoint storage optimisation and intelligent AI driven governance across cloud and on‑premises environments. We are helping utilities strengthen compliance, simplify governance processes, and build secure, AI‑ready data foundations that improve resilience and support future transformation initiatives.

Informotion has a long‑standing track record supporting universities and the education sector to modernise information management, strengthen governance and deliver measurable operational improvements. Our work includes developing enterprise‑wide information governance strategies for major universities, implementing integrated case management and records solutions that have delivered significant ROI, productivity gains and system consolidation for leading institutions such as the University of Sydney—where automated workflows, Content Manager optimisation and cross‑system integration achieved more than 220% ROI and over $500,000 in cost savings. Through deep sector experience, we help the education sector enhance compliance, drive efficiency across administrative and academic processes, and build secure, scalable digital foundations that support modern learning environments and future AI‑enabled capabilities.

Informotion has several clients across the heavily regulated pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. We have assisted these clients with the ongoing management and optimization of their Content Manager environment for electronic document and records management through to the design and implementation of a custom contract cognition solution utilizing EncompaaS and Machine Learning technology.

Contract cognition for a leading global healthcare company

Informotion implemented a contract cognition solution built on the EncompaaS platform for a leading global healthcare company, enabling rapid access to critical data points within complex pharmaceutical agreements. Our client had been unsuccessful in solving this challenge with other technologies and vendors in the previous 5 years.

The solution used machine learning and intelligent metadata extraction to deliver accurate information for rebate management across master agreements and amendments. Agreements were centralised with interactive dashboards, allowing users to search, filter, and view relevant information without manually reading lengthy contracts – an inefficient and time consuming process. This solution streamlined compliance, improved visibility, and significantly reduced time spent on contract analysis.

Ongoing management of Content Manager for leading global pharmaceutical company

Informotion manages the Content Manager platform for another leading global pharmaceutical company, ensuring stability and compliance through regular upgrades, configuration, and administration. Our team brings deep expertise in retention policy development, governance frameworks, and repeatable processes to identify and manage duplicate, obsolete, and trivial content, supporting robust information management practices.

We are uniquely positioned to handle the requirements of small or large organisations.

Our client base includes organization sizes
that range from 100 FTE to 15,000+ FTE in
some of the largest Government departments
in Australia.

Developing a ministerial briefing system – both usable and secure.

Informotion partnered with a State Government client to design and develop a ministerial briefing system that was both usable and secure.

This State Government department is responsible for providing high quality, timely advice to key ministers and its executives. The preparation of this advice requires consultation and approval across multiple stakeholders and in some circumstances, it must be prepared in critically short timeframes. Our client was utilising their electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) to manage records and briefing documents in conjunction with a separate manual tracking system that required cross-referencing back to the EDRMS. The process was inefficient, presented usability challenges for staff, and increased the departments exposure to risk.

Informotion collaborated with the department’s key stakeholders to define the business rules and develop a detailed specification for the development of the solution – key to this was a detailed understanding of the process and desired outcomes. Of critical importance was simplification of user interaction with the EDRMS ensuring documents were created using correct templates, stored in the appropriate file and secured. Visibility of briefs as they progressed through review and approval cycles was identified as a critical requirement to ensure timeframes were met. The solution was developed and iteratively refined in close consultation with key stakeholders and process specialists to deliver a successful outcome.
